- Our primary service area includes Lorain, Huron & Erie Counties. Seeking COTA's in these areas!

Position Summary:

Support OTs in delivering exceptional patient care by focusing on therapy goals and patient progress. Use AI-supported tools to assist in documentation, allowing more time for quality patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with therapy sessions and monitor patient progress.

Use AI technology to ensure clear and accurate documentation of sessions.

Reduce administrative workloads and focus more on hands-on care.

Education and/or Experience Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Two (2) years of experience as a COTA in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment required.

Required within 30 days of hire
- National Provider BLS
