- Education :
Minimum Master's Degree in Social Work or related field. - Licensure :
Valid Ohio LISW or LPCC required. Supervisory designation strongly preferred. - Skills/Competencies :
Strong clinical skills including expertise in systemic family therapy, crisis intervention, family education, behavioral interventions, group work and substance abuse therapy. - Experience :
Proven experience in public relations, community development and both clinical and administrative supervision. - Must have experience in working with children, adolescents and their families.
- Other :
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and driving record that meets the underwriting criteria of the Agency's insurance company. Must be approved by Bellefaire to transport clients in own vehicle.

SummaryUnder the administrative and clinical supervision of the Director of Lorain Programs, the Clinical Supervisor for the Child and Adolescent Group Therapy Services (CAGS) program is responsible for providing clinical supervision and training to assigned staff members.
