, is seeking an experienced and motivated Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated leader who is passionate about quality care, team development, and operational excellence.

The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting a resident-centered culture focused on quality outcomes and exceptional service.

• Provide leadership and direction for all facility departments and operations
• Ensure compliance with Ohio Department of Health and federal regulations
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness
• Support staffing, retention, training, and employee engagement
• Oversee admissions, census development, and community relationships
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational goals
• Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and the care team

• Active Ohio LNHA license (required)
• Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
