The salary for range for this position is between 50k-55k per year depending on relevant experience and licensure.

Competencies:
Strong clinical skills including expertise in crisis intervention, diagnosis/diagnostic assessment, clinical service referrals, brief mental health counseling, trauma informed care, family systems theory and motivational interviewing.
Ability to perform job responsibilities with a high degree of initiative and independent judgment.

The Court Involved Therapist is tasked with identifying, assessing, and treating young men and women who are referred to the Crossroads Program on the Lorain County Detention campus. The Therapist will be responsible for clinically assessing and diagnosing individuals referred to the program as well as conducting counseling interventions with clients and families both at the center and in the home/community to meet the needs of the youth and families we serve.
The Court Involved Therapist reports to the Division Director of Youth Justice Services. This position reports to an off-campus location. The Court Involved Therapist is expected to maintain appropriate professional and clinical boundaries in a community based setting
This is a Full-Time position Monday - Friday. Weekly Schedule can be flexible to meet the program and employee needs.
