Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field required.
Valid Ohio LISW or LPCC required. LISW-S or LPCC-S preferred. LICDC or scope of practice includes substance abuse treatment.

Experience in working with children, adolescents and their families. Demonstrated clinical experience in chemical dependency treatment.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets the underwriting criteria of the Agency’s insurance company. Must have reliable transportation.

JOB SUMMARYUnder the administrative and clinical supervision of the Director of Lorain Programs, the Lorain In-Home Behavioral Therapy (IHBT) Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision and training to assigned staff members.
