QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education:

    Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field required.
  • Licensure:
    Valid Ohio LISW or LPCC required. LISW-S or LPCC-S preferred. LICDC or scope of practice includes substance abuse treatment.

    JOB SUMMARY

    Under the administrative and clinical supervision of the Director of Lorain Programs, the Lorain In-Home Behavioral Therapy (IHBT) Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision and training to assigned staff members.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Provide administrative supervision to the program and staff including, but not limited to, hiring, supervision, evaluation, disciplinary actions and termination of employees.
  • Provide clinical supervision to IHBT clinicians and interns and other staff as directed.
  • Provide weekly individual supervision to assigned staff and participate in consultation and group supervision as needed.
  • Provide staff training to adopt the necessary engagement and clinical skills to implement the IHBT model.
  • Provide staff training programs to provide necessary skills to implement the Lorain Counseling Program.
