This position offers a starting salary up to $71,000 with flexible weekly scheduling, lower case loads, and obtainable productivity metrics.
BENEFITS AND SALARYThe salary for this position is $60,000 annually with a staff retention bonus of $3,000, and quarterly productive incentives totaling up to $8,000 yearly.

POSITION SUMMARYThe IHBT Therapist serves as the primary direct service clinician to clients, their families and significant others as needed in the Lorain Intensive Home Based Treatment (IHBT) and JOP programs. There are no subordinates to this position. This position serves clients in both home and community-based settings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIESDiagnostic Assessment, Counseling/ Psychotherapy, and Community Support Program Services including, but not limited to:
- evaluations and assessments
- participation in the development of the client’s Individual Service Plan (ISP)
- crisis work – providing assistance and support in crisis situations
- support, including education and consultation for families and/or significant others regarding the clients’ mental illness
- individual interventions; symptom monitoring and self management of symptoms; assistance in increasing social support skills and networks
- coordination of necessary evaluations and assessments; coordination of all services identified on the client’s ISP
- necessary follow-up to determine if services have adequately met the needs of the client
- access to resources in the community
