About the Role:As a Caregiver (On Call) with Right at Home Cleveland West, you will provide non-medical companion care and assistance to our clients in their homes. Your duties will include:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for clients
- Provide high-quality care and assistance to clients in their homes
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families
- Communicate effectively with caregivers and office staff
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
