HR Generalist / Talent Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Purpose
The Human Resources Assistanthandles a wide range of HR responsibilities including employee recordkeeping, new hire orientation and documents,and anyHRoffice related functions.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReasonableaccommodationsmay be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Organizes andmaintainsemployee personnel files and records. Audits record andcorrectsinformationas necessary.
Updates andmaintainsall employee documentation as dictated by governing agencies.
Supportswithstaffing agencies for temporary employee assignments as required.
Assistwiththe onboardingofnew hires.
Conducts new hire orientationsas needed.
Assist with timeand attendancecorrectionsand updates.
Provides clerical support to all employees.
Assists with plant recruitment efforts.
Assists with FMLA/disability requestsandbenefitsadministration.
Handles ordering and distribution of company issues equipment and uniforms.
Responsible for collecting company issued equipment at time of termination.
Other duties as assigned.
Contributes to team effort byaccomplishingrelated results as needed.
Required Education& Experience
High School Diplomaor equivalent.
Effective administration and people management skills.
Preferred experience working in the ADP Workforce
Nowor any otherHRIS application.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Ability to accurately follow instructions.
