Für eine Beratung suche ich aktuell einen erfahrenen Consultant auf Manager-Level, der Kunden insbesondere bei IT-Compliance-Themen sowie Identity & Access Management / Privileged Access Management unterstützt. Die Rolle kombiniert strategische Beratung mit Verantwortung für komplexe Projekte im Bereich Governance, Zugriffssicherheit und regulatorische Anforderungen.
Ihre Aufgaben- Leitung und Steuerung von Beratungsprojekten im Umfeld IT Compliance, Information Security Governance sowie Identity Security
- Konzeption, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Information Security Management Systemen (ISMS), insbesondere auf Basis von ISO 27001
- Beratung von Kunden zu regulatorischen Anforderungen und Compliance-Frameworks wie NIST, DORA oder dem EU AI Act
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Identity & Access Management (IAM) sowie Privileged Access Management (PAM) Strategien und Zielarchitekturen
- Analyse und Optimierung von Berechtigungsstrukturen, Rollenmodellen und Zugriffskontrollen
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung oder Weiterentwicklung von Governance-Prozessen rund um Identity Lifecycle Management und Access Governance
- Durchführung von Risikoanalysen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Massnahmen zur Reduzierung von Compliance- und Sicherheitsrisiken
- Ansprechpartner für Fachbereiche und Management bei Fragestellungen rund um Zugriffssicherheit, Governance und regulatorische Anforderungen
- Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Naturwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich IT Compliance, Identity & Access Management oder Information Security Governance – idealerweise im Beratungsumfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Standards und regulatorischer
Anforderungen (z.
B. ISO 27001, NIST, DORA, EU AI Act) - Erfahrung mit IAM- oder PAM-Konzepten, Access Governance sowie Berechtigungsmanagement
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Projekten oder Programmen im Security- oder Compliance-Umfeld
- Zertifizierungen wie CISM, CISA, CISSP oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Stakeholdern
