The Information Technology Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting and maintaining Trademark Global’s technology infrastructure. This position manages day-to-day network administration tasks, monitors systems performance, and helps ensure secure and reliable connectivity for internal users and remote operations. The specialist will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, coordinate with vendors or internal stakeholders when escalations are needed, and document solutions and processes.
The role also includes implementing basic network security practices, assisting with user account and access management, and providing responsive, service-oriented technical support to team members across the organization. Collaboration with other departments to support new tools, systems rollouts, and technology improvements is an important part of this position.
- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills, including experience diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Candidates should possess Network Administration skills, such as configuring and maintaining switches, routers, wireless networks, and user access.
- Candidates should possess Network Security skills, including basic firewall management, security best practices, and familiarity with data protection principles.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, provide user-friendly support, and work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant experience with Windows and/or macOS environments, common productivity tools, and remote support technologies is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and work independently in a remote setting are preferred.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or similar credentials are a plus.
