As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing one or several electrical construction projects, leading high-performing teams, and developing employees to their full potential. You'll collaborate with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project execution plans, scheduling coordination, and field teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule
• Identify project risks and develop recovery action plans to mitigate potential issues
• Manage project financials, review and approve invoices, track budget variance, job cost, and productivity
• Negotiate change orders and act as a key point of contact with customers and end-user owners
• Develop and manage customer and subcontractor relationships
• Source and qualify new opportunities

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in electrical construction or related activities, including 5 years in a leadership role
• Thorough knowledge of estimating, project cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, productivity tracking, and reporting principles
• Valid state-issued driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred
• Possession of any required licenses or certifications
