Registered Nurse

• Follows established standards of nursing practices and implements facility policies and procedures.
• Interprets existing policies and procedures to nursing assistants, restorative personnel, residents, families and physicians.
• Supervises and evaluates all direct resident care and initiates corrective action as necessary.
• Functions as a direct charge nurse at times and as needed.
• Provides clinical supervision of nursing assistants and charge nurses responsible for providing direct resident care.
