Travel Nurse Source  is partnering with AMN Healthcare to place a qualified Telemetry RN at Mercy Health‑Lorain Hospital in Lorain, OH. The assignment focuses on patient‑centered care in a collaborative team environment.

• Assess patients and implement nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and provide clinical interventions.
• Document care using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Registered Nurse, Telemetry, Medical/Surgical Tele.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical‑surgical or telemetry nursing.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Ohio RN license; RN (Compact Accepted) accepted.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
• Strong assessment, communication, adaptability skills and proficiency with EMR systems.
• Submission of SSN and DOB required.
• 1 reference from entire work history.
