Arrythmia exam is required

ACLS and BLS required

CRNFA (Preferred) 

Days starting at 7am and ending at 330 + call as needed

Experience in Ortho, Neuro, GYN, ENT, GI

Unit Specific Details

ENT, Vascular, Thoracic, Ortho, Plastics, GYN, Colorectal, Podiatry, Pain, Peds Dental, General Surgery, Bariatrics to include the Robot, Neurosurgery, some Pulmonary. No Eyes or Cardiac surgery.

Will need to float to Allen if necessary - has 2 ORs performing Ortho, Pain, Endo, Podiatry. No Call at Allen Facility.
