Position: Full-Time Store Merchandising Supervisor
Kohl's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Execute store merchandising standards and pricing in partnership with the Merchandising Manager to ensure compelling product presentation.;
Maintain a well-recovered selling floor with clear, easy-to-understand product presentation and timely replenishment based on sell-through and seasonality.;
Coach, train, and supervise merchandising associates to execute company merchandising direction to brand standards.;
Perform in-store pricing activities, ensuring price changes, sign changes, and ticketing procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.;
Use KPIs to drive store results and support loss prevention, safety, and operational standards while leading on duty.
