As a Retail Sales Associate at Riviera Creek (Managed by Curaleaf), you’ll be the face of our brand and the go-to expert for our customers, helping them explore our cannabis products and delivering top‑tier service with every interaction.

• Customer Experience & Teamwork:
  Greet and assist all guests, build connections, offer personalized product advice, address concerns, encourage loyalty programs, and work closely with your team.
• Operations & Store Standards:
  Help open and close the store, handle cash, follow procedures, check IDs, update customer profiles, process transactions accurately, keep the store clean and stocked, support inventory tasks, meet daily sales goals, highlight deals at checkout, stay informed on promotions, maintain agility in a fast‑paced retail environment, and take on extra duties as needed.

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer‑facing or sales role, focusing on service and satisfaction.
• Minimum 6 months experience using POS systems and handling cash accurately.
• Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and agility to shift priorities.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools.
• Solid time‑management and organizational skills.
• Effective de‑escalation techniques and a calm, solution‑oriented approach.
• Basic proficiency in math and computer applications.
• Positive, proactive mindset, aiming for great guest experience.
• Strong conflict‑resolution skills.

• Ability to build rapport and maintain lasting customer relationships.

• Background in a sales role with focus on tracking KPIs and meeting sales targets.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce systems and order fulfillment processes.
• Prior experience within a regulated retail setting.

Regularly required to stand for extended periods, walk, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, use hands and fingers, reach, lift up to 25 pounds; occasionally required to climb, balance, lift up to 50 pounds. Requires clear vision at 20 inches or less. Exposure to dust, pollen and plant pathogens, confined spaces, high stress tolerance, adaptability expected.
