Provide SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies and programs;
Coaches, develops, provides feedback, and trains associates in departmental duties or sales opportunities;
Uses a cash register to process sales transactions, returns, and refunds according to company guidelines;
Inspects returned merchandise for damages;
Monitors cash in drawer and cash recycler levels to ensure they are within limits
