As a Cake Decorator you will drive member service in your area by delivering to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure that the club meets the member’s expectations.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and communicate interpersonal skills to provide customer service while being flexible to the needs of the business and maintaining in‑stock levels and controlling shrinkage.
• Plan bakery production, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, following recipe measurements, working with a variety of products, decorating bags, creating lettering, and ensuring adherence to food safety, sanitation, cold‑chain compliance, and inventory management. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment, demonstrating understanding of product and layout execution.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement by using handheld technology for immediate production, ordering, training, and product quality decisions.
• Drive performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality and date‑control standards, eliminating waste, preparing for seasonal events, identifying member needs, assisting in purchasing decisions, and resolving member issues and concerns.
• Act as a brand advocate by valuing the member experience, modeling high‑quality service, and supporting associates to train, influence, and inspire in a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement action plans using the Open Door Policy and apply them to business processes.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to determine ways to address improvement opportunities and adapt to change.

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete all required training and assessments within the prescribed time period.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
