Overview
Branch Banking Client Consultant II provides a best‑in‑class experience by resolving concerns and offering product details to meet clients’ financial needs. This role focuses on client management, retention, and introductions to key bank partners (Mortgage, Business Banking) to ensure clients have access to experts who can help achieve financial goals. The position involves lending, basic investment interactions, and complex banking conversations with clients.
Responsibilities- Sales Performance
:
Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (deposits, loans, non‑interest income) and primary client acquisition. Actively seek and deliver client introductions that achieve growth targets and execute successful sales initiatives. - Client Experience
:
Provide a positive experience by assisting with account questions, problems, and complaints, researching and communicating to resolve matters timely and effectively. Deliver client engagement and education. Meet behavioral activity goals such as Next Gen and marketing campaign lead calling, weekly appointments set, weekly appointments completed, and needs met. - Risk Management
:
Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly. Strive for no controllable losses. Execute required compliance trainings and adhere to federal, state, and local laws. - Additional Accountabilities
:
Perform moderately complex projects and additional duties as required.
- Education:
High School / GED / HiSET / TASC / Foreign Equivalent. - Experience:
4–5 years customer service and sales experience, including within the financial services industry. - Licensing:
National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z (registration can be completed after the job entry date). - Other:
Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies.

Pay Range: $17.12 – $26.97 per hour.
