Must pass all Work Keys testing requirements prior to accepting position;
Must become, and remain, Forklift Qualified, which requires an associate to successfully pass a Written Qualification Test and an observed Practical Test in whatever type of forklift(s) they will be using on the job;
Operate hand tools and equipment as applicable (utility knife, drill, tape measure, bander, etc.);
Operate machinery and equipment as applicable (forklift, standup lift, pallet jack, crane, barcode scanner, scales);
Recognize and identify parts, research and identify part shortages and inventory problems; lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly and climb ladders; read documentation; learn Liebert Enterprise System (LES); maintain regular attendance; work in a team environment
