Parts Authority is a leading national distributor of automotive replacement parts, tools and equipment, and transmissions. With over 300 locations across the United States, we are rapidly expanding and looking for Delivery Drivers to represent our brand and deliver parts to customers with an excellent level of service.

• Pick up and deliver automotive parts while adhering to assigned routes and schedules.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness, correct charges, and customer satisfaction.
• Take directions from dispatcher, follow assigned routes and time schedules, use navigation apps, and alter routes as needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles without interfering with customers’ operations.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints professionally.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Accept payments, prepare and reconcile invoices and all moneys collected related to deliveries.
• When applicable, perform daily maintenance checks on the company delivery vehicle and notify the manager of any issues.
• Assist with other store/warehouse duties such as stock and parts pulling as assigned.
• Maintain and promote workplace safety.
• Secure and transfer cash or other assets.

• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Must meet company insurance requirements; drivers must be 21 years old or over.
• Current valid automobile insurance with your name on the policy.
• Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds (75 pounds for Auto Body Parts Collision drivers).
• Polite, prompt, and willing to work as part of a team while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Manage, track, and account for money transactions and reconcile customer credit and debt balances.
• Utilize a tablet and/or mobile device for navigation, route optimization, tracking, and customer interface/signature capture.
• Exceptional customer and verbal communication skills with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
• Follow directions and work well with others as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Previous delivery driving experience is a plus.
• Meet all of the above minimum requirements and skills to be eligible to drive for Parts Authority.
