Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist-AIA billing job at Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert. Lorton, VA. Cordia Resources is seeking a Billing Specialist with strong experience in AIA billing. This role will be responsible for managing billing across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoicing, and handling payment posting activities.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and submit AIA billing for multiple ongoing projects
- Monitor and track billing schedules and deadlines
- Post and reconcile customer payments
- Communicate with project managers and clients regarding billing issues
- Assist with resolving discrepancies and billing adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
- Proven experience with AIA billing is required
- Familiarity with Sage 300 software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
