Automotive Technician

• Diagnose, repair, and quality‑check vehicles based on customer concerns.
• Work on all major automotive systems—engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, A/C, and more.
• Test‑drive vehicles and use professional diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Communicate clearly with our Service Advisor about vehicle needs and repair time estimates.
• Complete repairs efficiently and accurately to state and factory standards.
• Perform Multi‑Point Inspections on every vehicle.
• Keep your workspace neat, safe, and organized.
• Keep the team updated on any additional issues or changes in diagnosis.

• ASE Automotive Mechanic Certification(s)
• Virginia State Inspector license (preferred).
• Emissions Repair Technician certification (preferred).
• Clean, valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and motivated to grow.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
