Customer Service Manager - Huntington

Transdev in Lorton, VA is hiring a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager assists passengers with situations including, but not limited to, directions, information and mobility devices. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety and the customer experience.

Competitive compensation package of minimum $65,000 – Maximum $77,000

Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Assure quality of operations including leading CSR staff, training, monitoring, observing customer phone calls and coaching to resolve customer service issues and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Resolve escalated customer related concerns & document.
  • Develop and revise customer service manuals and procedures.
  • Primary point of contact for maintaining No Shows policy.
  • Professionally and actively document issues.
  • Resolve customer inquiries relating to transportation; communicate resolution to customers.
  • Review daily paperwork to verify accuracy.
  • Direct liaison between client and team.
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • High school education, GED or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of call center supervisor experience, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer literate with the capacity to learn new software.
  • Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
  • The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
  • Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
