Reformed Theological Seminary is seeking a full-time Director of Youth and Family Ministry (DYFM) to lead and develop the Pohick Church youth program for grades 5-12. The DYFM will implement Sunday formation classes, oversee midweek youth gatherings, and coordinate seasonal events.
Ideal candidates will have experience in children’s ministry, be capable of fostering relationships with families, and display a commitment to guiding youth in their faith journey.
