• Full-Time Preschool Teacher: working with children 3 to 5 years old

• Four-day work week!
• 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM shifts
• One-hour lunch break included

• Lead Teachers: $40,000 – $48,000 per year; compensation depends on education, credentials, and experience in early childhood education.
• Co-Lead Teachers: $18 - $21 per hour; compensation depends on education, credentials, and experience in early childhood education.

Teachers play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children.

• Supporting a child-centered curriculum that encourages creativity and exploration
• Maintaining active supervision of children at all times
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Assisting with diapering and toileting as needed
• Collaborating with other teachers to support classroom activities
• Helping ensure a safe and positive school environment

• Lead Teachers:
  Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, Educational Psychology, or related field OR a Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification
• Lead Teachers:
  At least 2 years of experience working in a licensed Early Childhood Education program
• Co-Lead Teachers:
  Must be in pursuit of Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree (50% of the program completed)
• Co-Lead Teachers:
  At least 1 year of experience working in a licensed Early Childhood Education program

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when assisting children
• Must safely lift infants into and out of cribs
• Must pass required background checks
