This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a Full-time opportunity available at our West Springfield Center. At this time we do not have any PRN openings. This is an excellent chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced urgent care environment while making a meaningful impact in the community.

  Shifts:
  
  3- 12 hour shifts and every other weekend
• Shift Length: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12 hours each)

  Seamless coordination with specialists, primary care, and other services.
• Subspecialty Primary Care Options:
  Opportunities to serve unique populations including underserved communities, LGBTQ+ patients, HIV/AIDS patients, and concierge medicine.

  Pursuing Epic Gold Stars Level 9; access to informatics specialists and robust telemedicine platform.

• NP:
  Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program
• PA:
  Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine

• BLS & ACLS Certification
• Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia
• DEA License
• Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol

• Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
• Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
