Experience- 15+ years total IT experience.
- 5+ years leading Agile software development.
- Agile framework explicitly stated:
Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or Hybrid Agile - Agile must be tied directly to application development, not ops.
- Microsoft application stack experience
- ASP.NET MVC and/or .NET Core
- Dev Sec Ops delivery model
- CI/CD pipelines (build, test, release automation)
- Delivery of enterprise web-based applications in production
