Castalia Systems is seeking a Microsoft Enclave Administrator to support our intelligence community customer in the Azure environment, overseeing enclave infrastructure and related applications.

• Collaborate closely with Microsoft Account Delivery Executive and/or Microsoft Project Manager as the advocate and technical lead.
• Enable development, analysis, deployment, and solution delivery to align with Microsoft product capabilities and future directions.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions with ISD technical project lead(s) and customer staff.
• Deliver technical presentations to customer staff.
• Serve as the technical project lead.
• Analyze technical requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Lead architectural design activities.
• Conduct current environment assessments.
• Monitor system health including Azure Solution System Health, Program Application availability, capacity management, and Azure consumption rates.
• Manage operational system tickets, input, re-route, field, and elevate as needed.
• Cooperate with System Owners, Product Team, and Migration Team for troubleshooting and remediation.
• Escalate to appropriate Microsoft teams when additional privileges, permissions, or clearance are required.
• Perform regular maintenance on all systems and applications.
• Patch and remediate vulnerabilities; handle end‑of‑service/life replacements.
• Implement approved configuration updates; elevate high‑level architectural changes as required.

• Bachelor's degree or industry‑equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of proven cloud/Azure experience.
• Familiarity with Dev Sec Ops /Kubernetes.
• Experience in cloud technologies, data, AI, security, complex networks, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, cross‑platform integration, and large‑scale complex systems.
• Training in Microsoft or industry delivery frameworks, product features, and relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure hosted environments administration.
• Experience supporting C4 operational environments (SAP preferred).
• Experience managing customer relationships.
• Self‑management of workload maintenance and system support within the enclave.
• Operational role experience in:
  Direct Platform Support (Windows), Active Directory (OU, GPO), Systems Management Technologies (MECM), Azure Solutions Management (IaaS, PaaS, VNets), AVD component support, Azure deployment.
• DOD 8570 IAT Level II or higher with at least a Security+ certificate.
• Experience supporting SAP environments.
• Experience supporting Dev Ops environments with SAFe sprint cadence.

• Normal office environment.

• Willing to travel 0–25% of the time.
