Tactical SIGINT Specialist

Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor is seeking a Tactical SIGINT Specialist with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance to support our federal client in Lorton, VA.

Responsibilities include:

• Install commercial and custom software in support of agency's needs.
• Assist and support users in person and/or on-call at remote CONUS and OCONUS sites
• Provide accurate and concise information to users and other personnel related to communications protocols and SIGINT equipment
• Provide basic data analysis tasks to assist users in identifying and deciphering raw data
• Assist in the testing, evaluation, and integration of new applications and new equipment.
• Provide change requests for new requirements to developers.
• Coordinates SIGINT procedures with internal and external SIGINT activities to ensure the collection, dissemination, and/or precision geo-location activities adhere to guidance and appropriate directives.
• Capable of effectively directing and influencing conduct of SIGINT operations.
• Create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office programs to document task generation, progression and completion for tracking and reporting.
• Configure and monitor digital and analog collection systems and software filters enabling specific protocol and/or other data collections
• Provides expertise in the planning and use of the electronic surveillance phase of major investigative and enforcement operations.
• Serves as a subject matter expert and provides training and guidance to personnel engaged in electronic surveillance and investigative work.

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance is required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass agency background investigation
• Strong background and firsthand experience in SIGINT analysis, SIGINT systems, tools and databases, reporting, and collection management.
• Advanced knowledge of the most current SIGINT systems, databases and software tools.
• A minimum of five (5) years of analytical and operational experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required

Preferred:

• GS-0391 Telecommunications Specialist and/or military experience as a Tactical SIGINT Collector

Target Salary is 125K Position located in Lorton, VA THIS POSITION IS ON SITE IN LORTON FIVE DAYS A WEEK - only local resumes will be considered
