A growing site development contractor is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Construction Dispatcher to support daily field operations. This role is responsible for coordinating drivers, equipment, materials, and jobsite logistics to ensure projects run efficiently.

• Coordinate and dispatch trucks, equipment, and drivers to jobsites
• Schedule daily hauling activities and monitor production needs
• Communicate with field crews, Project Managers, and Superintendents
• Track deliveries, equipment movements, and jobsite requests
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs and records
• Assist with scheduling and resolving logistical issues as they arise

• 2+ years of experience in dispatching, construction operations, trucking, or logistics
• Experience supporting site development, excavation, utility, or heavy civil projects preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with drivers and field personnel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
