General Manager

Papa John’s is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality products, exceptional customer service, and leading a successful team, this role is for you. You’ll be the driving force behind the restaurant’s operational success, financial performance, and overall customer experience.

• Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and customers.
• Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing profit and loss.
• Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
• Guide and mentor your team to ensure exceptional service, cleanliness, and adherence to Papa John’s standards.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere.
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both staff and customer relationships effectively.
• Strong leadership abilities with a passion for building and developing high-performing teams.

$60,000 - $100,000 per year
