Reworld is seeking an Operations Supervisor to ensure safe, efficient daily plant operations and lead the operations team. You will supervise shift staff, coordinate maintenance, and drive readiness for emergencies, while maintaining training programs and logs.
The role requires 5-7 years in power or resource recovery plant operations with boiler and generation experience, and certs to be obtained within 6 months. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional after-hours support.
