Set up and operate hemodialysis machines and initiate dialysis per physician orders.;
Monitor patients during treatment, record vital signs and treatment parameters, and respond to intradialytic events.;
Document all treatment data accurately and maintain Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet; ensure nursing signatures.;
Assist with patient education on adequacy measures and home dialysis options; coordinate with care team.;
Assist in training of direct patient care staff and maintain infection control practices.
