Inova Lorton Healthplex, Emergency Room is seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to join our team.

This is a Full Time Mid Shift, 1pm-1am (3 shifts per week). During orientation will rotate through all shifts (Days, Mids, and Nights). Sign‑on Bonus & Relocation available.

• Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.

• Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.

• Experience:
  
  Requires a minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting.
• Education:
  
  BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN), must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
• License:
  Must be RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.
• Certification: BLS from American Heart Association.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward others.
• Proficient computer skills required.

• Strongly prefer 2 year plus of ED RN experience.
• CEN/ACLS certification desired.
