• Lead and supervise a horticulture crew in the daily care of high-end residential gardens
• Direct planting, transplanting, seasonal pruning, and specialized care of ornamental trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, bulbs, and container plantings
• Ensure best practices in fine gardening, precise pruning, fertilization, irrigation monitoring, IPM, and sustainable horticultural techniques
• Maintain impeccable garden presentation through edging, weeding, mulching, staking, and grooming of planting beds for year‑round beauty
• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment, ensuring proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials
• Communicate effectively with your crew to coordinate workflow, meet client expectations, and deliver projects on time and to the highest standards

• Minimum of 3 years of horticulture or fine gardening experience
• Strong knowledge of plant care, pruning, and garden management techniques
• Ability to perform outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Degree in horticulture or related field is a plus
