Pepsi Co’s PBNA division is hiring a merchandiser to perform product merchandising in large-volume stores. The role includes stocking shelves and coolers, rotating products, and setting up displays while coordinating with store personnel.
It is labor-intensive, requiring lifting 20–45 pounds per case, bending, reaching, and squatting as products are moved and displayed. You'll use equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks, ensure plan-o-grams are followed, and maintain neat backrooms.
