As an Orkin Home Services Inspector, you’ll help homeowners protect their most valuable asset while growing your career with training and benefits from an industry leader with over 120 years of experience.

You’ll combine high‑performance sales skills with customer service, conducting 360 inspections, recommending solutions, and building trusted relationships. You’ll earn competitive pay, a company vehicle, and opportunities for annual awards trips.

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, identifying problems and proposing solutions.
• Prospect new business, handle assigned leads, and schedule sales appointments.
• Explain products and services to customers and prepare sales agreements using an iPad.
• Stay organized, follow training, and use the company’s sales software.

• Competitive earnings with a base of $50,000–$100,000 USD per year (base + commissions).

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Independent work in the field and strong customer interaction skills.
• No prior experience required;
  Orkin will provide training.
• Work in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws (equal opportunity).

• Use ladders, lift up to 50 lbs., access crawl spaces, attics, roof tops, and confined spaces.
• Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
• Wear PPE, including possible OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Work in various weather conditions.
