Inside Sales Representative* Average $53,000k+/annual income with productivity bonuses
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills and contribute to our company's growth by engaging with clients and driving revenue through effective communication and relationship building.
Inside Sales RepresentativeKey Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and other digital channels to promote our products and services
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and closing deals
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to stay informed about new offerings and industry trends
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales target
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, tele sales, or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am
-5:00 pm, & Saturday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (alternating Saturdays required) - This is not a remote position
- Average $53,000k+/annual income with productivity bonuses
