Premise Wine Consultant-Loudoun

Overview

Johnson Brothers, a family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer, is seeking a Sales Consultant to service bar and restaurant accounts in Loudoun County, VA.

• Manage an established sales territory, including selling, servicing, merchandising, and administration.
• Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable and ensure proper account management.
• Ensure consistent customer contact and plan and execute sales initiatives.
• Handle customer-related issues promptly and friendly.
• Present products effectively, using full understanding of products and pricing schedules.
• Achieve company objectives and grow business; identify and nurture new accounts.
• Utilize all available POS to enhance selling efforts.
• Perform reliable inventory checks and communicate to minimize order mistakes.
• Properly rotate products on shelves, cold boxes, displays, etc.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, handling paperwork timely.

• BA/BS college degree or related industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience (highly preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results-driven mindset with goal orientation.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Local candidates preferred; no relocation package.
• Must pass drug screen, physical, and criminal background check.
