• Meet with prospective clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget
• Develop and present clear, compelling proposals, collaborating with our design team when needed
• Maintain consistent follow-up and proactively manage your pipeline
• Close landscape enhancement and outdoor living projects
• Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Partner with project managers to ensure seamless project handoffs and execution

• Proven sales experience in landscape, construction, or home services preferred
• Strong communication skills with disciplined follow-up
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Competitive mindset with a consistent track record of closing deals
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities at different stages

• Strong base salary plus performance-based, uncapped commissions
