What You’ll Do:

• Run in-home sales appointments and assess homeowner needs
• Present HVAC system solutions, upgrades, and high-efficiency options
• Provide clear, transparent pricing and financing options
• Close deals on the spot and maximize each opportunity
• Build trust and deliver a best-in-class customer experience
• Partner with install and service teams to ensure smooth project execution

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven ability to sell and close (HVAC or home services experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and in-home presentation skills
• Competitive, money-motivated mindset
• Self-starter who thrives in a commission-based environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
