About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Diesel Technician / Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain medium- and heavy-duty trucks and commercial fleet vehicles in a shop environment. This position is ideal for a skilled diesel tech who takes pride in quality workmanship, efficiency, and teamwork.

As a Diesel Technician, you will perform diagnostics, preventative maintenance, engine repairs, after-treatment service, brake work, suspension repairs, and electrical troubleshooting. If you’re looking for competitive pay, career advancement, and long-term stability, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair medium- and heavy-duty diesel trucks (Class 5–8).
  • Perform preventative maintenance (PM services) on commercial vehicles.
  • Complete engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical repairs.
  • Troubleshoot trucks and buses
  • Use diagnostic software and OEM service platforms.
  • Accurately document repairs and inspections using digital work order systems.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience as a diesel technician, diesel mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic (preferred).
  • Experience working on medium- and heavy-duty trucks (Class 5–8).
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment.
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
  • Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred.
  • Industry certifications preferred.
