WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A COFFEE BENCH TECHNICIAN

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 1+ years of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing experience

* Ability to work with minimal supervision, with excellent multitasking skills

* Neat and organized work habits

* Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up

* Ability to lift up to 60 lbs

Material Handling Equipment

This role may involve the operation of certain pieces of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The company supplies and mandates training and certification on each individual piece of equipment prior to permissible use. Use of any equipment by an employee on which they are not trained and certified may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR COFFEE BENCH TECHNICIAN

In this full-time role, you'll spend your day refurbishing and preparing coffee equipment, organizing and maintaining parts inventory, and ensuring everything is ready for deployment, while also assisting Road Technicians with large installs and van loading. You'll play a critical behind‑the‑scenes role, keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
