What You'll Be Doing

* Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards

* Perform system change-outs and new equipment installations, including:

* Furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps

* Indoor and outdoor units, controls, and accessories

* Measure, fabricate, and install ductwork, piping, and related components as needed

* Connect HVAC equipment to existing ductwork, electrical, and control systems

* Test completed systems for proper operation, airflow, and performance

* Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding system operation and care

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as a Residential HVAC Installer

* Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices and system components

* Knowledge of HVAC codes, safety regulations, and best practices

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

* Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment

* Comfortable using mobile devices for documentation

* Valid driver's license (must be at least 21 per company policy)
