HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited is looking for an experienced Rough-In Plumber to join our growing team serving Northern Virginia. • Perform plumbing rough-in work for commercial projects
• Install water, waste, and vent piping systems to code
• Read blueprints, layouts, and job specifications
• Complete commercial plumbing service and repair work as needed
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and field teams
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing installation issues in the field
• Maintain clean and organized job sites

• Minimum 7 years of plumbing experience required
• Strong experience in commercial rough-in plumbing
• Commercial service and repair experience preferred
• Residential plumbing skills are a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and understand plumbing codes
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail
