Your Impact Foreman responsibility for residential and commercial HVAC installations from kickoff to completion.

Champion safety and quality, ensuring all work meets codes, standards, and manufacturer requirements.

Coach, train, and support junior installers to build a high-performing team.

Conduct on-site assessments and convert findings into detailed installation plans.

Serve as the point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and confident.

Track materials, labor, and progress for accurate documentation and closeout.

Coordinate with service, sales, and dispatch to keep schedules tight and projects smooth.

Continuously learn and apply the latest HVAC technologies and best practices.

Must-Haves High school diploma or equivalent; formal HVAC training/certifications preferred.

At least 5 years in HVAC installation and 2+ years in a lead/foreman role.

Expertise with system components and modern installation methods.

Detail-driven problem solver with strong ownership.

Comfortable working solo or with a team in fast-moving environments.

Current driver’s license and clean driving record.

Clear, professional communication and solid people skills.

Availability for flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
