J&J Landscape Management in Northern Virginia is seeking a Lead Hardscape Installer / Crew Leader to guide a three-person crew building premium residential outdoor living spaces. You will lead by example, ensure craftsmanship, read landscape plans, perform accurate layout, and coordinate daily production with the Project Manager.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hardscape install experience, proven crew leadership, and proficiency with pavers, walls, grading, and drainage.
