Lead Hardscape Installer / Crew Leader $28-$40 per Hour + Bonuses + Benefits + Year-Round Employment

J&J Landscape Management is looking for an experienced Lead Hardscape Installer / Crew Leader to lead a three-person crew building premium residential outdoor living spaces throughout Northern Virginia.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, leads by example, and enjoys building projects the right way.

• Paver patios
• Walkways
• Retaining walls
• Outdoor kitchens
• Fire pits
• Drainage systems
• Landscape lighting
• Landscape planting and renovations

• Lead a three-person hardscape installation crew.
• Read landscape plans and perform project layout.
• Build projects that meet J&J's high standards for quality and craftsmanship.
• Coordinate daily production with the Project Manager.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, laser levels, concrete saws, and other construction equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project.
• Complete projects efficiently without sacrificing quality.

• Minimum 5 years of hardscape installation experience.
• Previous experience leading a landscape or hardscape crew.
• Strong knowledge of paver installation, retaining walls, grading, drainage, and outdoor living construction.
• Ability to read plans and perform accurate layout.
• Experience operating construction equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license required.
