As a Systems Engineer on our team, you’ll design, integrate, and modernize systems that directly support DOW’s operational and strategic goals. Your technical skills will be key as you assess current system performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide modernization efforts across critical environments. You’ll grow your expertise in systems architecture, requirements development, and engineering analysis while gaining hands‑on experience supporting DOW’s industry mission.

You Have
  • Experience performing systems engineering analysis and developing systems engineering products
  • Ability to perform software user acceptance testing
  • Ability to create software user training materials and train users in software products
  • Ability to perform data extraction, data mapping, data management, and data configuration management
  • Ability to utilize digital engineering software such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Magic Draw, and JAMA
  • Ability to interact in cross‑functional team meetings and professional environments
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external customers and act as a conduit between the engineering team, senior leaders, and clients
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical risks and issues, develop technical reports, and collaborate with government and stakeholders to implement recommended solutions
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have
  • Experience with MATLAB, Ansys, AutoCAD, Unity, or Solidworks
  • Experience working with cloud solutions and software development
  • Master's degree
  • Object Management Group (OMG) Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) Certification
  • International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP) Certification
Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required.

Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $ (annualized USD).
